Spare parts serviceAll spare parts are permanently available from KRESS. The spare parts guarantee means that all parts are stocked for at least 10 years. You are able to use our spare parts catalogue to directly see all spare parts and exploded drawings.
Repair serviceYou can let your specialist dealer or KRESS itself carry out repairs. Repairs are carry out within 48 hours as a part of our quick and cost-efficient service. At Kress you only pay the actual repair costs. For more details, please contact our service hotline.
Recycling serviceYour specialist dealer will take KRESS power tools and accessories that are no longer used off your hands for free and forward them to KRESS's recycling department.
Return used or faulty battery packs via your specialist dealer or the KRESS Customer Service department or dispose of them in the prescribed manner in public waste disposal facilities. This ensures that the battery packs are recycled as prescribed.
This makes it easy for you to participate in protecting the environment.Please contact your specialist dealer directly to arrange for your old power tools to be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner and at no cost to yourself.
